What the sheets follow

Sheets are drawn for common US residential layouts and sized to the 2021 International Residential Code. Your city may use another code or amend it, and your inspector has the final word. Room sizes on a sheet are typical; measure your own room before you cut.

Your sheet

A sheet is for your own project. You may not resell or republish it. If something on your sheet is wrong, write to us and we will fix it and send you the corrected sheet.

Limits

We work hard to get every size right, but the site and the sheets are provided as they are. Plumbing work can flood a house or let sewer gas in; if you are not sure, hire a licensed plumber. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or a sheet beyond the amount you paid us.
